Kargonomika Booth: Over 600 Visitors and 400 Business Meetings in Four Days
Over the four days of the exhibition, the Kargonomika booth welcomed more than 600 visitors and became the venue for over 400 business meetings with ecosystem clients from all corners of Russia. One of the brightest events was the premiere of the new 17-meter curtain-sided semi-trailer by Wagnermaier.
Kargonomika Trading House: 555 Wagnermaier and Helfimmer Semi-Trailers Sold
On the sidelines of COMvex 2026, Russia's premier commercial vehicle and technology exhibition, the Kargonomika Trading House ceremoniously signed a series of agreements with carriers for the supply of rolling stock. Under the concluded contracts, 555 Wagnermaier and Helfimmer semi-trailers have been sold.
The curtain-sided semi-trailers by Wagnermaier will join the fleets of the freight forwarder and carrier SDS-Trans (whose group of companies includes Genti, Primum, Captain, APS, and R-Group), a number of companies engaged in domestic road transport, as well as international carriers Transkompani, Avtolider, and Rustrans, operating both in Russia and abroad.
The deals primarily concern new extended-length models, reflecting the general trend in the logistics sector: currently popular East-to-West routes are characterized by long distances and a predominance of light but bulky cargoes, which drives increased requirements for vehicle cargo capacity. Thus, the brand's latest novelty — the Wagnermaier CRL4 FOR A LONG TIME curtain-sided semi-trailer — features a length of 17 meters and a useful volume of 113 cubic meters, allowing for the transport of up to 42 pallets. Based on the results of the first four months of 2026, Wagnermaier holds second place in the semi-trailer market, with the extended 16.6-meter model leading sales.
Four-axle container carrier semi-trailers by Helfimmer have been ordered by Service-Integrator, a company specializing in outsourcing motor transport services, and the international transport company Kleimenov.
Negotiations for the sale of more than 700 additional units of equipment have also commenced and will continue after the exhibition.
Wagnermaier Innovations in Delko Transport Company Logistics
One of the key developments was the strategic partnership between the Kargonomika Trading House and Delko, a transport company operating in Russia and CIS countries and a leader in the Russian FTL (full truckload) transport market. An agreement was concluded with the major Russian carrier for the phased supply of new Wagnermaier curtain-sided semi-trailers with an internal length of 16.37 meters and a curb weight of 7,450 kg. The vehicle configuration is individually adapted to the client's needs.
The acquisition of new semi-trailers with a capacity of up to 40 Euro pallets will enhance the efficiency of long-haul operations. The first vehicles have already been handed over to the client in the Alabuga Special Economic Zone.
"Signing an agreement for the supply of high-volume 110-cubic-meter semi-trailers is an important milestone in implementing our sustainable development strategy. Our goal is a qualitative transformation of the fleet: we are systematically updating it, replacing outdated equipment with modern vehicles featuring increased cubic capacity," said Ilyas Gilmanov, Executive Director of Delko Transport Company. "Thanks to the extended semi-trailer model, we increase the volume of cargo transported per trip, reduce operating costs, and improve transportation reliability by minimizing breakdown and downtime risks. This allows us to guarantee our partners stability in project implementation, high cargo safety, and optimal logistics costs."
Digital Services: Over 5,000 Vehicles Connected to the System
In addition to transport solutions and technologies, visitors showed interest in the ecosystem's digital services, which help reduce the cost of freight transportation and improve business manageability. Among them is Cargo Monitoring. This service enables fleet management, operational control, and improved equipment utilization efficiency. Furthermore, during the event, the Logistician CRM was presented — a digital product for planning logistics processes, monitoring task execution, and coordinating route operations, as well as a specialized electronic document management (EDM) system for freight carriers.
A number of important contracts were concluded in these areas. As a result, the number of vehicles connected to Cargo Monitoring will increase by more than 5,000 units.
The signed agreement with DENTRO provides the company with access to Kargonomika's digital services for managing a fleet of 1,300 vehicles, logistics processes, and document workflow. This will help optimize administrative processes and accelerate decision-making.
The contract with Ultralogistika provides for the connection of more than 600 monitoring objects to the system, including tractors, trailers, and containers. Obtaining a complete picture of object movements in real time will increase the transparency of the client's logistics processes.
As part of the cooperation with Go Logistik, all vehicles in the cargo fleet will be connected to Kargonomika ecosystem's digital services, which include vehicle monitoring, Logistician CRM, and EDM. Through the automation of daily operations, even a small logistics department will be able to manage the entire fleet, reducing operating costs through the use of the eco-driving module.
"The main market demand today is the digitalization of transport companies based on Russian solutions. Many carriers admit that they continue to manage operational activities through Excel spreadsheets, messengers, and disparate services, which is becoming a serious limitation for further business growth. With a unified digital platform, one logistics specialist can efficiently manage a fleet of 50 or more vehicles, enabling business scaling without a proportional increase in administrative staff," said Alexander Balovnev, Director of the Cargo Monitoring division.
Strategic Alliances
Kargonomika has strengthened its status as a full-fledged ecosystem offering the market comprehensive solutions for improving transportation margins. During the event, several agreements were signed with insurance companies, as well as with PJSC KAMAZ and Sovremennye Transportnye Tekhnologii (Modern Transport Technologies). This will open up new opportunities for Kargonomika clients.
Thanks to strategic partnerships with leaders of the Russian automotive industry, ecosystem users will be able to purchase complete truck tractor units with government support: when buying a truck tractor unit consisting of a KAMAZ or Valdai tractor and a Wagnermaier or Helfimmer semi-trailer on lease, the Ministry of Industry and Trade subsidy amounts to RUB 2.05–2.2 million.
In addition, insurance companies Ingosstrakh and Yugoria have become Kargonomika partners. Together with the new partners, the Cargo Insurance business unit aims to develop specialized insurance products for freight carriers, increase the accessibility of insurance protection, and improve insurance conditions for Kargonomika clients with tariff reductions of up to 30%.
With the insurance company Soglasie, cooperation with which began in 2019, Kargonomika signed an agreement on developing a cargo insurance project for ecosystem clients and creating an integration-based automated system for operational data exchange. Kargonomika users will be able to insure not only their liability for cargo to third parties under the CMR convention, but also their own cargo on a per-trip or period basis. System integration will accelerate the accounting and policy issuance process for faster delivery, as well as improve the quality of client insurance portfolio administration.
During the exhibition, an agreement was signed with the ecosystem's corporate client, international carrier Transkom Group, to extend fleet insurance contracts for the following year. Transkom Deputy Director Pavel Baranovsky expressed gratitude to the Cargo Insurance team, noting that in the first year of cooperation, the company received quality client support and reduced insurance costs.
Helfimmer Container SMCU4 — Semi-Trailer of the Year
One of the notable events of the exhibition was the recognition of the Helfimmer Container SMCU4 model as the winner of the prestigious "Best Commercial Vehicle of the Year in Russia" competition in the "Trailer/Semi-Trailer of the Year" category.
The four-axle container carrier, of which Kargonomika is the exclusive distributor, received high marks from the expert jury thanks to its unique characteristics: with a curb weight of only 5,450 kg (the lowest figure in the segment), it allows for the transport of up to 30,500 kg of payload within legislative limits.
"Cooperation with the largest manufacturers and carriers confirms the correctness of our strategy. We offer not just 'hardware,' but a comprehensive solution — from reliable, lightweight equipment to IT tools for route management. This allows our clients to receive subsidies, save on fuel and taxes, while working in a single interface," summarized Alexander Proskurin, General Director of AO Kargonomika.
