The business program schedule for COMvex Forum 2026 — Russia's premier commercial vehicle industry platform — has been published. From May 26 to 29, manufacturers, carriers, logistics professionals, and government officials will gather at Crocus Expo to discuss where the industry is heading and what businesses should already be taking note of.
The full schedule and program details are available at: https://comvex.ru/business_program_en_2026
The Year's Main Burning Question: Will State Support Be Enough?
At the opening session, consulting company AvtoBoss will present fresh analytics for the first five months of 2026 and forecast what will happen to demand if subsidies are cut. A highlight will be discussions with experts on the successes and barriers of reorienting toward markets in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and the CIS, as well as the realism of plans for exporting domestic equipment.
The intrigue of the first day will be the SHACMAN press conference with the participation of the group's top management and the leadership of the Russian representative office. The focus will be on strengthening the brand in Russia, with key announcements including the introduction of a service market model (Pull), oriented toward end-customer demand through the development of after-sales service and captive financing.
Freight Forwarder Registry
From March 1, 2026, the right to engage in freight forwarding activity arises only from the date of inclusion in the registry. The GruzAvtoTrans Association will analyze the first rejections, fines, and risks of transactions being declared invalid. And from March 1, 2027, the same mechanism awaits carriers — it's time to start preparing now.
In a separate block, experts will discuss how secure the GosLog platform is and whether commercial data will leak. A violation in one system is grounds for inspection in another, since EDI will become mandatory from September, and data from Platon and APVGK will begin to intersect with registries within a single contour.
STT Group will present in detail its new customer care system, including best practices, modern customer services, and working trends across all areas.
A new format for this year's business program will be a live podcast on stage — COMvex Dialog guest Anton Saraikin, Deputy General Director of PJSC KAMAZ for Sales and Service, will join. We will discuss PJSC KAMAZ's strategy with a forecast through 2036, robotic transmissions, experience operating unmanned vehicles, new products at COMvex 2026, and other important topics in the Russian commercial vehicle market. At the end of the session, viewers will be able to ask their questions to the guest from the audience.
May 28 will be a day of management agenda together with the Safe Driving Association. The focus will be on safety, economics, and digital tools for effective corporate fleet management.
May 29 will close the forum with the lecture "AI and IT Technologies. The New Reality by 2030" and the discussion "The Last Mile. Why Is the Final Delivery Stage the Most Expensive?" with support from Avtopark 5Koleso magazine.
Industry Focal Point
Thanks to partnerships with industry associations, manufacturers, journalists, universities, and analytical centers, the COMvex business program traditionally gathers over 2,000 specialists.
