We recommend reviewing the online exhibitor catalog to categorize participants for your company into three groups:

- Priority (visit first)

Prepare a rough plan for visiting the exhibition. The exhibition space is large, so it's important to plan for several days and involve a few colleagues who will participate in negotiations.

The only federal-scale exhibition where there is a pool of industry-leading commercial transport companies that participate exclusively in COMvex. About 30% of the exhibition space at each event is occupied by companies that have not participated before.

Registration opens in February on the exhibition's website. Registration is free with a promo code. You can purchase a ticket for the exhibition online on the event's website or at the Crocus Expo box office.

Entry to the exhibition is only possible with a ticket for any of the exhibitions within the EXPO synergy (CTT Expo, CTO Expo, COMvex, Logistika Expo).

The ticket costs 3,000 rubles on the official exhibition website, 3,500 rubles at the Crocus Expo box office, and registration is free with a promo code, if available.

Your ticket is valid for all days of the exhibition, from May 27 to May 30, 2025.

Each visitor needs to register individually. You can send the registration link from the official exhibition website to your colleagues, along with the promo code if available.

The promo code can be used multiple times. However, only one person can be registered per email address. The electronic ticket will be sent to the provided email address after registration.

The ticket is sent to your email within 30 minutes. We recommend checking the "Spam" folder as well. If you still haven't received the ticket, please contact the exhibition's technical support, describing your situation and providing the email address to which the ticket should have been sent at comvex@expodat.com.

You can save the ticket on your smartphone. To pass through the turnstiles to the exhibition, you will need to show the screen of your mobile device with the ticket's QR code to the scanner. Alternatively, you can go to the registration desk and print the badge on-site.

If you lose your badge, you should go to the registration desk at the event to have it reissued.

The scale of the exhibition is enormous — 200,000 sq.m. of exhibition space.

It's recommended to plan for several days of attendance and involve colleagues to ensure you have enough time to meet with as many exhibitors as possible and attend all business program events.

Visitor access to the exhibition area will be available during the event hours:

- May 27–29: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- May 30: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

The exhibition hall layout will be uploaded to the website just before the exhibition.

Additionally, during the exhibition, layout plans with a list of participants will be available on-site, so you can quickly and easily find the stands of the companies you're looking for.
